House of Sunny
Introducing our new sustainable Brand in our Retail Store, the only Stockist in Austria:
They pride themselves on producing small sustainable runs of collections, acting against fast fashion. Producing two seasonal collections a year sets the design team at a slower pace, allowing them time to research then source sustainable fabrics and manufacturing methods. They are committed to creating quality garments, which last and can be worn season after season.
As a brand, they are on a journey towards sustainability and are conscious of their environmental impact.
They do not under any circumstances use leather, down, feathers, exotic skins, mohair, mulesing, wool or angora, making all of the products vegan. Along with making a conscious effort concerning animal welfare, animal agriculture impacts global Green House Gas and emissions.
They prioritize products with recycled-content, and opt for solutions that are biodegradable or recyclable. They pride themselves on producing small runs of each collections, acting against fast fashion.
Their aim is to avoid wastage. The brand recycles or donates their textile scraps and samples whenever possible. Zero waste is the goal.
They put their product first—how and where its made is what matters. To ensure there’s no unfair or unsafe labour that goes into making the clothes they do a screening of all suppliers, they require suppliers that meet their standards for: social responsibility, safe working environment better materials and manufacturing methods.
They seek partners and suppliers who share a common vision of sustainability, accountability and transparency which is where Burggasse24 comes in.
Burggasse24 is happy to celebrate the shared opinions on sustainability and ethics leading to what will be a long term retail partnership as we aim to fight climate change and a change to the fashion industry.
